1993 gründete Hans Kastner das Reisebüro Touristik Oase in Fleinhausen.<br> 
Die Idee, hier ein Reisebüro zu eröffnen, entstand nach einem längeren Auslandsaufenthalt.
Hans Kastner hatte bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt unter anderem zwei längere USA Reisen, einen Brasilienaufenthalt von einem halben Jahr und eine sechs monatige Tour mit dem Motorrad durch Mittelamerika unternommen.
Die eigene Freude am Reisen und der Gedanke seine Erfahrungen und erworbenen Eindrücke an andere Menschen weitergeben zu können, bewogen ihn dazu, selbst ein Reisebüro zu eröffnen.</p>
